Join Executive Chef Michael Brisson at the Viking Center.  Chef Michael of L’Etoile will share his culinary talents as he prepares a wonderful menu made with only the freshest ingredients.  Accompanying Chef Brisson will be Wendy Koder of “Wendy Talks Wine” who will expertly pair some of her favorite wines to the chefs tasting menu.
